There are four ordinary sessions of Examination in an Academic Year – two Mid-semester Examinations and two Semester Examinations.
Examinations may not be held on class days unless absolutely necessary.
When visiting Professors or short courses are involved, special examination sessions may be held during the semester and it is to be decided by the Head of the Department in consultation with the Professors concerned.
