The College offers Courses that are essential to obtain the degree of Bachelor of Theology (B. Th.).
A course may consist of lectures and other course works.
All assignments are to be submitted to the Office of the Head of the Department or to the Professor concerned on or before the date decided by the Professor.
Courses are based on credit system. Thus, credits are given to all Courses and Seminars.
While enrolled in the College, a student may not enroll himself simultaneously for any University Studies or for any other major courses outside the College.
Pastoral Courses are conducted usually in the final year. But, some courses may be accommodated in other years as well.
Regular attendance at lectures and/or group discussions is obligatory to gain credits.
If a student is unable to attend a lecture(s) on a particular day for a good reason, he should fill in a leave application form countersigned by the House Rector and submit it to the Dean of Studies.
In the case of absence of a student from lectures for more than two days (due to sickness, etc.), the House Superior of the student should inform the Head of the Department about it through a letter.
Unauthorized and unjustified absence will not be excused and may even lead to a student being barred from examinations.
If a student does not attend one-third of a course/semester, he may have to repeat the course/semester, or do some written assignments and/or examinations, which will be decided by the Head of the Department in consultation with the Professor(s).
